TERMS AND CONDITIONS MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES Shannon Heritage Designated Activity Company (“Shannon Heritage”) operates visitor attractions at Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Craggaunowen, Dunguaire Castle, GPO witness history, King John’s Castle, Knappogue Castle, Newbridge House and Farm and Malahide Castle and Gardens (the “Attractions”). By purchasing one of the membership packages as outlined in Appendix 1, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and have read and agree to the use of the information you provide to Shannon Heritage. The management of Shannon Heritage reserves the right at all times to refuse admission. References to "we" or "us" are references to Shannon Heritage. 1. Membership benefits 1.1 As a member you will automatically receive a range of benefits as part of your membership package. 1.2 Shannon Heritage reserves the right to change the benefits that apply to Shannon Heritage membership or the Attractions to which access can be taken at any time and without prior notice. 1.3 Shannon Heritage may cancel or introduce different categories of membership from time to time. 2. TERM 2.1 Membership is valid for twelve consecutive months from the date of purchase and is valid during the opening hours only at the Attractions. 3. ADMISSION TO ATTRACTIONS 3.1 Admission is permitted only on presentation of a valid membership card. Staff will request a photograph to be taken for each adult member who has applied to become a member. Membership cards presented by non members are subject to confiscation. 3.2 Membership cards are for the named card holder(s) only. Membership may not be transferred to another person and members are not permitted to allow another person to use their membership c
